OUCH!! Yup he let his bike drop without pulling at the handle bars a bit. Drops that high with that steep a receiver should be treated like a tall/high drop and not "rolled' at high speed. Only roll (no pull up needed just speed) 2 ft and below.
Pull at those bars

was trying to access the site - then our firewall says ......... Websense Enterprise Access to this web page is restricted at this time.
Reason: The Websense category "Adult Content" is filtered. URL: www.break.com/index/bikehill25.html downhill mtbiking is categorized as "Adult Content" ..thus filtered?! ha! weird.

Learn the proper way of diving, rolling and falling ... If you always crash and eat the dust... two things, you will love it or you will hate it... if you love it, you will improve your skills in diving... If you hate it, you will quit MTB... ;D ;D ;D

lol dnt worry bout getting "winded" or " Bolted" ....thats normal............ if ur soul seperates from ur state of conciousness thats nasty..........LOL

but then again impacts to the chest cavity area are dangerous even without puntcure action..... try finding som 661 assault pressure suit body armor ... theyr light n theyd swallow a few punches maybe but none of em big hits........plus they got em spine pros' so u dnt end up a veggie after bolting your spine to a tree or a large angry rock!...hihihihihi...lol
For faster applications use the proper full suit..... just to be sure(its a lot more relaxing to sleep at night without casts,Satellites, leg support braces and stitches.LOL)
But remember boys n girls no matter how much protection u use if it gets nasty n hairy at that exact moment.... THUMP then UGGGGHHHHHH.... shall follow..... cuz SNAP sure as hell will wake u up to a loud WAAAAAAAAAA ...... if u blackout in midair! LOL
So always gear up properly n accordingly to your riding style........
