anything edible.... but be resposible for what you eat... as much as possible stay away ako sa fatty foods.. mahirap na baka magsisi ako sa bandang huli....and eat more gulays..... isa lang ang sinusunod ko: "let food be your medicine and let medicine be your food"

food, ahhhhh....daming masarap dyan! ;D here's something i like to do: chop up some lemon grass, yung young stalks lang... then chop up a proportionate amount of siling labuyo... then chop up a proportionate amount of "sibuyas tagalog"... then fry them in some healthy oil like canola or soybean (but canola has the lowest saturated fat), over medium heat till the onions turn opaque... add salt...and you're good to go. this spicy mixture will pep up almost any meal w/ rice or bread ;D i like to mix it in good plain rice, and eat w/ some good fish ;D ;D ;D store the rest in a container...it should keep for about 2 weeks before you need to make a fresh batch. but don't think mine will last that long but be prepared to sweat! ;D

hehehe, you're right, yung ibang tao sensitive dyan ;D fortunately i'm not one of those uuyy! another red hot chili pepper aficionado! ;D i tried a similar hot oil recipe that i got from one of 'em ittalian restos. extra virgin olive oil + siling labuyo sliced into small peices the chili juice would sink in and the best na yung oil na yun. healthy pa! i put it half of the oil in a difrent container since halos kalahati yung chili na nilalagay ko eh.

May gulay! Ang hihilig nyo na mga EXTRA spicy meals. Those(chilli) are actually good for you kasi it helps you sweat at releases wastes in your body. There are also some evidence that it boosts the immune system and has anti-bacterial properties. I just make dry pasta with century tuna for lunch or dinner. Pagsinipag, grilled chicken or lamb(when available). Can't tolerate spicy food.
