I have experienced, so far, the worst burn out during our last ride.
Maraming factors na nag trigger nito like:
* didn't have breakfast or anything to eat before the ride.
* puyat
* lack of practice etc.
Tanong lang po, ano po ba ginagawa nyo to immediately recover from a burn out ( otherwise known as "sunog", "laspag". . .) caused by MTBiking?
