my wife got the Fox knee/shin guard and the elbow guard as well, i think it was the kids size which we got because it looked less bulky. Pass by Dan's Bike Shop they're the distributor of Fox items, i think.

sa motorcycle shop ako nakabili ng fox shin + elbow guards. fox-feke ata because it was so cheap. alot suggested me getting the kamikazee brand. better check that out. maganda protection nun, pati kasi rear ng legs mo covered e. save your legs. invest in shin guards. kahit mahuli na helmet.

joes una pa rin ang helmet. Shins can heal fast, malaking problem if you hit your head hard. Although knee/shins are important also.

right now im using fox shin/knee guards and sixsixone elbow/forearm guards...there pretty good, but if were to buy new ones i'd go for kamikaze's, because thier easy to wear, protects even the back part, and its pinoy made...i think.....
@feline (conquered trails i have never imagined..) i think i know what trail your talking about???hmmm

Pareho tayo men fox shins, matibay kse, troy lee naman for the elbow guards. P*a*n*g*i*t ang kamikaze, had a friend who bought thier wraparound shins, masyado mainit at nakakawala ng circulation sa paa, and yung pawis ng buong leg mo napupunta lahat sa socks mo kya, mabantut! ;D Weird... everytime I type p.a.n.g.i.t (w/o the periods, e "maganda" lumalabas... @anthrax yep sa rob place manila sa fourth floor

remember, If you shatter your knee caps sa bangkay ka kukuha ng replacement, eh mahal bangkay ngayon, unless magpahukay ka sa sementeryo. joke
buy knee/ shin guards,
2 years na using 661 knee/shin guard, same model used by, greg minaar, steve peat, cedric gracia, nakalimuta ko yung price, 3k to 4k.
sa ROBINSON BONI 2nd floor, full throttle, (dealer sixsixone, troy lee, azonic etc,)
bans mendoza (phil team dh) and eli zapanta (phil team bmx, 43bikes) will give you discount.

back spine is black and wavy or white? flat white is 2-3 yrs old. black wavy is last year... and the year b4 that is white wavy. dainese logo is red... new. dito? it would cost about the same so that's why i'm saying it's not bad. u could get them for about 350 cdn to 450 cdn. rustan's price is about right in the middle.
still amazes me that rustan would have that. isn't it? unless u bike or MX u won't know what it is. large? that's huge. i'm pretty small so i'm S or M... bought the M.
safety first.

I just bought the Fox knee/shin/elbow guard, haven't tested it's durability yet, looks akward because I'm bow legged. My friend said that the Giant brand was better.

I think these 661 elbow and knee guards are good option for those who are not comfortable wearing elbow / knee guards with hard shells 661 Chicken Wing Elbow Guard• Comfortable, Flexible Multi Layer Neoprene Elbow Protection.thick. • Multi Stage Layers Of Ventilated Neoprene For Serious Elbow Protection. • No Hard Shell Means More Comfort And Flexibility 661 Kyle Straight Knee GuardDeveloped in cooperation with Red Bull Rampage Champion Kyle Strait, this knee guard is slim enough to be worn under pants, yet with more leg clearance for pedaling. Vented side padding guards against top tube and other impacts. Easy side-in fabric covered knee cup is removable for easy cleaning. i think markymarciano, one of the members here, used to deal 661 products i also heard that kamikaze makes similar products - though i'm not sure

OT san nakakabili ng kAMIKAZE SHINGUARD? hOW MUCH? i think it was aidz who told me before that there's one kamikaze outlet at robinsons east (marcos hi-way) and if my memory is still working right - the kamikaze soft shinguard is around P1.2K (price last year) soft "protection" is better than none ;D
