Hi guys, need a review of this fork. It would be good if you could compare it to other forks you've ridden. Also, let me know if anyone here is selling 2nd hand...

I had an mx comp ( walang eta ) and now a Z1 w/ eta hinmdi ko nagagamit yung eta kahit sa climbs, pag naka lockout kasi , dehins smooth ang ikot ng gulong sa bumps Kung sa road naman, nababgo yung geometry pag naka compress yung shock, bumabagal lang yung bike kasi dehins sanay yung legs mo sa bagong geom.

taongbundok, while the talented allegra has always gone for the full-stroke and rarely needs to modify his bike geometry (via ETA) for a climb ;D ;D ;D....i have and still do. my mx comp w/ ETA is now on my jamis hardtail, and i don't regret buying it and not selling it. its a combination air-coil fork, and mine adjusted from 80-100mm. the travel adjustment is simple and effective. i like that XC fork very much and hope i never have to sell it

Hokey.. just to expound on what I'll be using it for..
I'm planning to put it on my girlfriend's MTB, which was a hand-me-down from me. It's a 16-inch Schwinn Moab frame with a rigid aluminum fork. My gf's about 5'2 and the height of the top-tube is perfect for her (with the seatpost slammed all the way down).
I wanted to put a suspension fork on the bike so I can use it for adventure/out-of-town races na siguradong mabubugbog yung bike. I have a spare RS Duke SL (100mm travel), but if I put this on the bike, the top-tube will be too high for her.
So.. I was thinking of getting a fork I can compress to 80mm when she uses it - she won't need plush suspension as she only bikes on pavement and dirt, no trail riding. Then.. I can bring it up to 100 when I'm using it. I actually won't even mind the 80mm travel since that is what I have on my current bike.
Sorry for the nobela but I hope this puts things in context.. and ayoko ata ng RS Judy TT with travel adjustment, masyado atang mabigat...
Thanks for any additional inputs you may have!

External Travel Adjustment. Sa mga 2003 na MX forks, parang maliit na plastic earring sa ibabaw ng fork leg. Pihitin clockwise to lockdown the fork at counterclockwise to return fork to full travel. Sa iba, nakakatulong daw sa pag-akyat dahil di masyadong umaangat ang handlebar at di bumubomba gaano ang tinidor pag pumapadyak ang siklista.
