Our favorite sunglass and apparel maker has unleashed a new bank account braking gadget that could appeal to Mt. bikers who like a little soundtrack in the singletrack. www.oakley.com/catalog/eyewear/thump/?cm_re=V37*FeaturedImage*ThumpGirlClosedwOrderNowNow I know it's hazardous to ride with headphones but Oakley claims that since the earphones are attatched to the earstems, it could be positioned in a way that you could still hear the ambient sounds and hear the music at the same time. Plus balance the volume to a reasonable level for safe riding. But I'll only believe actual field reviews from fellow PMBs. What do you guys think? It's worth as much as new MTB.

nice but no thanks...was never the type to put on a set of headphones unless i was sitting on my favorite chair at home...with my eyes closed can be dangerous i think, and if you take a spill, the damage can get pretty expensive hehehe

Those are nice... Pero new MTB na lang(if I have the cash). I use the Oakley Scar(gift ng sis ko) and I've fallen off a couple of time and yet ok pa siya. They make good quality eye wear pero with headphones? Over the edge na yata yan... Personally, any eye wear will do basta it provides good UV protection and does not cloud your vision to much when it gets dark.
