first, i would like to thank kukai for voluteering herself to do the job most of us dreaded of doing...napakabait mo...sobra! salamat! ;D i think its better if we give another week for those who have not yet seen the thread or still undecided...but an initial contact with the supplier would be advisable to give us final quotation on the tags. nag utos pa talaga noh. |

what are we getting? the US made or the PINAS made? will this have the rubber thingy around it? jaymz, local and very native...pendant is made from an engraved wild boar's tooth...necklace is abaca ;D i'll vote for the one with better quality...saan man gawa...but unfortunately according to feline's post its the US made. ordered one at MAGAT Military Supply in Fort Bonifacio. I had my name, sss number and birthdate place on it (emergency numbers might change eh, i prefer it to be for emergency identification purposes) the US made ("dehins po kinakalawang") costed 350 and has this black rubber on its edges.. the ordinary one (local i suppose) costed 250.. it has max of 5 lines and you could put in 12 characters per line you have to wait for 2-3wks pa. I deposited 200php na with them. i asked the lady na nandun how much if wholesale, sabi ganun pa rin daw.. 844-44-35 ang number.. maybe bruce could work his magic on this... sis it's in the 2nd page. hehehe. |

50% DP? instead of that, lets just pawn kukai's bike with magat...get back to them after two weeks and pay them in full if they delivered...that way we are assured that kukai will make the necessary checkings and follow-ups...sagarin na natin pang-aapi hehehe!  sige ok ako whatever will be agreed upon by the group... nice suggestion feline. |

Hi everyone.
I just rang Magat Military Supply and i got the following information:
1.) Prices - US = Php 350.00; Local = Php 200.00
2.) Wholesale rate - US = Php 320.00 (minimum of 25 pieces)
(i got the discount rate from Rochelle, the gal i spoke with)
3.) Store Operations - 6a-930p (Monday to Sunday)
4.) Delivery Period - 2-3 weeks
5.) Payment Terms - 50% downpayment (upon placing the order); 50% (once the orders are done or when the items are ready for pick up)
6.) Text on the dog tag must be presented when the orders are placed
Let me know how you guys want to proceed...

Those bikers who prefer cheaper alternatives...I recommend having an acrylic sticker made at your carsticker stands at the malls Price is about P30.00-P80.00 for the small 2cm x 4cm...input all the info ...and stick it on your bike frames/helmet/cheapo dogtag holders thats how we scuba divers do it But yeah dogtags are cool |

i called them up kase i still havent received my dogtag and sobrang delayed na noh!!!
aniwies, l-jay (the lady who i ordered my tag) told me of an alternative to the P350 (or discounted less 30php) tag.
they could give a discount to the 200php local tag (with rubber "silencer" na) and pwede daw 65php plus 20php per line..
if you want 5 lines, that's 165Php... cheaper diba?
your choice...
