~ what frequency (one a week? once a month?)? ~ ano route ninyo? ~ how do you pull it through (may shower room kayo? bihisan? etc).? i tried it kase for kicks just once eh. sunday kaya ok lang. plan to do it again if i happen to find a nice route rather than just the service roads in SSHway.

Kapag di ko kasabay pumasok si Kumander at anak ko, I am using my Rigid MTB, instead of the car saka basta weather permits. Tipid sa Gas, astig pa porma hehehehe.

malayo nga yung alabang to makati kailangan mo ngang mag shower.

In fact, I've done it already, pero once lang like you. The only hindrance is, 1/3rd of GaVinChie--my wife Techie-- is not a biker and we both work in the same place. She's more of a passenger since she doesn't drive. Further, the other 1/3--my son Gaby--I drive him to and from school. Going to work on my bike is very ideal in my case. The distance is less than 8 Km--one way, I can trek through the side streets to be safe away from the main thoroughfare, I can save gas, and as a clincher, I can either go swimming, dip in the jacuzzi, then/and/or shower right afterwards. Sauna? Puwede rin, kaso lang payat na ko masyado baka wala ng matira sa akin. Shangri-la ika nga, but only in my dreams for now. I can't wait for the day to do it again and it's been a long time already .

Not a regular bike-to-work individual, but if i work the afternoon shift i bike on a thursday and saturday. Our office has a shower room but i havent utilized it. punas lang ng hand towel with water, then alcohol... hilamos...after nun cologne... dagdag bagahe ang malaking towel eh.
Total distance is approximately 20k (roundtrip) from my place to Paseo de roxas.
The only issue i have with biking to work is the security of the bike. Sad to say, our office or the building where our office is located doesnt have a bike rack.

I used to bike from my home in QC to my Office in manila. i am lucky to have my own comfort room in my office with shower. I used to bike everyday except when i have night duty. its a short 5 km ride one way but I try to go around and pass thru nagtahan brigde para may climb a total of 15km and every other day pass by my gym to work out.

Yep, nasa plano na sya...baka yung Jamis frame ang gamitin ko. uyy! talaga? post mo yung route mo kung matuloy ka ha? am really looking for an option other than the narrow service road route -- like the pateros-taguig route or the FTI route nga daw. you cant get lost on a bike anyways.. ;D

Maybe a bike less than 10K, para lesser worry but rolls well.

Everyday! ;D ;D ;D I live in San Juan and the shop is along Libis. So it's down Wilson, left at ortigas all the way to libis then turn left and I end up at club 650! (Next to shopwise!) Luckily the mornings have been quite cool ;D but usually I just bring a change of shirt sa shop. Masaya papunta pero pabalik, ahon! Lalo na naka single chainring ako... kwarenta pa ngipin but the fun part is I get to play around the Ortigas business area before I go home:D
