rocketman the manga episodes only were scanned and translated already, they call it "scanslation" so don't worry about you reading hiragana or katakana, its already scanslated by different contributors. If you don't wanna wait for the episodes I suggest you read manga issues.
What's nice in manga is because the artist/creator of Naruto has some personal writings how he came up with Naruto, how his initial drawings of the character were or where he got the idea of some of the characters or episodes and all other stuffs. There's also translations of those jap words just like in the anime.
Its one of my favorite fights too, the battle between Orochimaru, Tsunade and Jiraiya. Orochimaru has a lot of respect for Tsunade-sama and a bit less for Jiraiya-sensei hehe (that old weezer/pervert! haha). Sugooooiiiii!!!

every time he has faced opponents, he has openly stated that hopes they are strong enough to kill him.

But what the f**k KAKUZU pick his head and sewn back, HIDAN's head to his body.
