ok, how about this. i noticed that teens nowadays are more open to their sexuality. i see lesbianism to be very openly accepted nowadays. i always see really young girls, holding hands, kissing, hugging in public (malls esp.) not minding and doesn't even care what other people will say or think. lots of gays as well.and they're not afraid to show how gay they are! Lesbians, you just gotta love em!!1 specially when they make out. Of course am talking about the beautiful ones

back to topic, he he he.
i've noticed that with the advent of portable games, kids would rather stay home, play all day and get fat.

I've noticed this long before but since there's nothing to do at home, here goes..
Noticed how the media can show victims of rape, mugging, theft and the like hit the suspects while they're in the lespu station- cuffed, helpless and without their lawyers. Don't get me wrong- I'm on the victims' side but this show of anger shouldn't be on TV as I feel it promotes vigilanteism besides the fact that it's utterly violent and plain ugly. I well understand how a victim may feel of being robbed, raped, mugged.... but aren't policemen around to enforce the law? I've seen snippets wherein the lespu even positioned the suspect in a vulnerable pose for the victim's pleasure. I know Pinoys love boxing but hey, wear some gloves!
To the lawyers out there, aren't the suspects' human rights violated?

Thats the reason why I get my news update trough the ethernet.

The Muslims are growing in number getting richer here in my barrangay.
yes there's already a mosque here near the catholic church.
last night, wake up early morning, some muslim guy prayed and broadcasted it over his loud speaker.
irritating, thought i was in the middle east.
>could ba a flash point in the near future?
> just a thought, will there be a first pinoy muslim suicide bomber.
freaks me out.

brad, do you live in the pasig area? because while i'm having my lunchbreak nap... this alien hymn will enter my subconscious mind... then when i wake up, it makes me hate them... also, i remember the time whe we were rock climbing at wawa on a sunday morning, when a 'christian' song will be belted-out from somewhere, echoing within the gorge... hate them also because it made me fall of the rock route....

I spent 12 yrs in Cotabato City...this was a normal thing to us there. even an occassional 'let-go" firing of a gun seems normal as well That's the way they do it for years now. Now that I spent most of my time here jp where peace & quiet is really important. It really wracks my nerve whenever I'm home and hear my neighbor does his magic-sing for 12-straigth hours...that what I call stamina. My wife is really itching to got to the baranggay for this.

Thats the reason why I get my news update trough the ethernet. liveleak.com, youtube.com etc...almost unimaginable violence, 100% pure stupidity, corruption, lewd acts, name it they have it...actually sometimes they tell too much story for comfort...but its the reality...i prefer it over sensorship. jr, internet i believe is also media...bruce, i think you should credit the media for showing those lespu brutality...otherwise you wouldnt know about it.

Been watching Koreanovelas, Chinese historical movies and our local regular programs.
I noticed the difference of the film's moral values. Local script writers put emphasis on LOVE.
Not really a bad thing...
except when you're a teenager, or a young bud out from College and starting a new life, getting ready to make a career and conquer the world, only to throw everything away because of love.
Might make a nice movie but wouldn't we raise our children a little better if we insert a little more value like "Respect for elders" and "Love for country"?
All those tear-jerkers, slapping, shouting and kissing don't quite qualify as good materials for the kids, agree?

maybe you have experienced this: went in for a trail ride in maarat/timberland (04/09) with ramon this morning and the guard stationed at the gate/checkpoint requested us to handover any identification and log-in in their logbook. i told the guard that i will exit @ afp, so he returned to me my identifications (drivers lic/ss id). have you ever experienced this lately? or is it their SOP on weekdays?

Jaymz, they did tell us a few weeks ago when we did Fiona's first Maarat-Wawa that they would do that. I think that logging in and presentation of a valid ID should suffice.
