I really liked this program until I got sick of the advertisements and plugging they did. I really like the POW bike and Mickey's blues bike.
I more hooked on Miami Ink and Mand vs' Wild now.

actually sir we should be thankfull for advertising stuffs... that's a good sign that a TV program would last... if not for advertisements, this guys wouldn't last a single season on air or in cable TV...

they have visited Australia... hope they may visit the Philippines... and then...make a custom bike for PinoyMTBiker, hehehehe that would be cool! they could probably fabricate a tricycle chopper or a jeepney inspired chopper. or yet, the giant filipino companies such as san miguel or jollibee could commission them to build a chopper! curahee!

Those guys are raking it in. They charge $100k for a bike and if you want them to make a personal appearance to unveil the bike, that's another $100k.
Did you guys see them make a cameo on "wild hogs".

yup...Sr. line goes like..."Wild Hogs Aren't welcome here".
aside that labor is very pricy in the US...it's customed made either the group of people involve like the artist...last factor is your asking famous people work for you..
other bikes may cost only 10Grands if made by another non celeb company...
but the thing is your paying them because it's an O.C.C. chopper... they still sell other bikes not as much as 100K like what Kody did...
and lastly... just like a painting...
an amateur/student painter's work would be much less priced than a Botong F.'s unless someone would really like it...

vinnie dimartino and coddy connelly have left o.c.c. since august! vinnie is well known to be occ's chief mechanic and has contributed greatly in the fabrication of most of the occ custom bikes. vinnie even helped paulie in the design of some of the bikes. coddy started out at occ as a 13 year old weed-wacking kid, and one of the most memorable episodes with him was when he and paul senior fabricated an old school chopper and at the end, pul gifted the bike to cody who was very much surprised and thankful. definitely the fans and viewers of american choppers will miss the two dudes. curahee!

here is something about Vinnie -
His first love is cars. It's a bit of a surprise; since Vinnie's dad used to sell motorbikes and got his son riding when he was three years old (his first bike had a set of training wheels).
Vinnie's dad owned a repair shop and gas station, where Vinnie started working when he was nine. He got hooked, and by the time he was 15, Vinnie was doing high-performance work on his and all of his friends' cars.
But working on his friend's cars was (and continues to be) all side work; Vinnie's first "real" job started when he was 16, working with his father at his golf course. Nine years later, family businesses being what they are, he decided that he'd rather stop working for his dad and be able to remain friends.
Vinnie left the golf course to be an auto mechanic for a year and a half then embarked on a series of different jobs. He drilled wells for eight months, drove a truck for a year, returned to the garage where he had been a mechanic and also worked for a friend doing custom auto audio/TV installation.
One day Vinnie's dad, who was long-time friends with Paul Sr. from his repair-shop, let Vinnie know that Paulie was looking for a good mechanic. He needed someone he knew and trusted to work with him at Orange County Choppers.
Jr. had been friends with Vinnie from third grade at elementary-school and knew he could do anything to a car or bike (well, short of painting). Interested, Vinnie called Junior and the rest is history. Two weeks after their October 2002 conversation Vinnie was working at OCC.
While at OCC Vinnie mostly did fabrication on the production bikes and fab and assembly on the theme bikes. He enjoys it - although he may be more into mechanics (motors and wiring) than welding, because the bikes are so varied, the work always stays fresh.
