It's official: with 4 championships vs. the Lakers' 3 ... TD and the Spurs have overtaken the Lakers as the definitive team of the post MJ era. The Spurs also joins the Celtics, Lakers and Bulls as the only teams with more than 3 championships. And the best thing is ... that Spurs are most definitely contenders again next year.

 miami heat trades shaquille o'neal to phoenix for shawn marion & marcus banks! good for the big aristotle! from the worst team in the nba to the winningest team in the westeren conference! shaq: don't make me upset.... you don't want to upset me... i win championships when i'm upset! ;D anyone here who collects nba trading cards before? i'm still looking for old john stockton common cards and inserts! thanks! curahee! ;D

Shaq traded to a running offense. He have doenst legs left. He have to many problems from knee, hips and toes. I watch the game against the Lakers and he cant sustained Paul Gasol movement and one time dunk on him. Love the Lakers acquisition.. now they are balance team. They are 9 -1 in the last 10 games with Paul Gasol and without their best center Bynum. They are going to be better when Bynum coming back from injury. I would say tittle is going to be back to Lakers maybe  . |

They may have beefed up their lineup with the addition of Gasol, but I think the Lakers would be a "banderang kapos" in the playoffs.  It's going to be tough beating the Spurs or Mavs A lot of stuff can happen pa. I hope I'm wrong. ;d You got to love the transactions these past few weeks. I think the Cavs got the best deal. |

The Lakers are improve a lot since the trade. I know is to early for them to go the the finals..but as Lakersland is a gut feeling they have a big chance. |

The Spurs are pushed to the corner. They are down 3-1. The game is not over until they are eliminated. But as a Laker fan this game might end Thursday at Lala land.

Although Lakers - Celtics will look good for the NBA, I like Lakers - Pistons better.
The Celtics looks lost sometimes and tend to do 1 on 1 when their rotation is out of sync relying on their stars. Or is it just the Pistons team defense making them look bad?
