heeeey, their big vehicles are pretty ok, like the Strada and the Pajero pero baba nga re-sale value, that's why best to get it second hand!

The best was the mitsubishi L300! Of course it had a lot of problems like the engine heating up during traffic and it would just heat the seat and your ass up like crazy... But that's what I drove back in college and it was all we needed to transport everyone during inumans. Plus I had a lot of fond memories in that van Hehe ;D

If you want value for money - What is accelreates like a sports car pero kasya 2 bikes plus 5 big adults , the safest car in the US ,runs 10km per liter and is almost unbreakable?? Check out the 97 Volvo 850 estate......langya 390t nalang siya ngayon! super smooth pa ang engine!
errrr....just in case your interested , I'm selling mine ehehe shameless plug

that's the old GLX model up there, which actually sells for less than a million. stripped down basic 4x4 Strada really meant to haul. As for the new strada it looks really really nice. completely re-designed. the stance alone makes it looks as big as the F-150s. the higher end GLS comes complete with all the gadgets -- Tire Pressure Monitoring System, ABS with EBD, climate control, fog lamps, and a 2.5 Common Rail Desiel Engine that looks like it has as much power as the bigger 3.0 Liter engines of its competition. GLS M/T comes in at 1.2 million while the base GLX is at 1.08 I think. Even the base model is 4x4 and has airbags.

test drove this thing at the Fort over the weekend and wow ang saya. suspension is really SUV like already. really smooth. and the new common rail engine feels really powerful. interior was quite roomy also. and it's got all these nifty gadgets inside as well.
they'll make you test drive the thing offroad so here's your chance to have some fun. I think I scratched the underbelly of one of these things trying to do a bunny hop with it hehehehe

Seems a lot of people here hate mitsubishis. No offense to anyone but I, for one, like the 4x2 L200 trucks. They are the only pickups with a coil spring front supension - very comfy - and feels like the lightest pickups in its class - front actually feels like a car. I have had 2 other set up non mitsu 4x2s pickups and 2 non mitsu 4x4 SUVs and nothing compares to the agility of the L200. I have brought it to Sagada and Baler with no problems and even beat some stock 4x4s up the mountain - of course my suspension was fully set up and we tuned the engine - but arent you supposed to that to all your sport trucks? Most stock trucks dont perform that well anyway. Engine is really fast and strong and is the 2nd fastest pickup in its class - 2nd only to the DMAX which can do 170kph - i dont mind, my setup mitsu rig does 150kph. Maybe 3rd, forgot about the ranger. The pajero, i agree, is heavy and slow - i would not dare bring it to the trails or mountain passes. Pajero AC is also weak. I also owned a 2000 Galant to replace my 230E Benz and that Galant was amazing. It sported the same double wishbone with rear trailing arm as my Benz (i think this was the only model that had that - not sure) and had a ride quality very close to it - main difference was the sound it made when you hit a pothole and when you close the door and trunk - ride was almost the same and i missed the full suspension seats that the benz had - but this Galant was FAAASTEEEEER, much faster, and much more fun to drive than the benz. The Galant was a beast that could run up to 200kph on an a/t tranny and nevery gave me a headache nor did it ever break down on me. It was so dependable, comfortable, fast, and had great handling - it just drank a lot of gas around 5-6km/l. The lower end models and earlier galants, i know, suffered from suspension problems such as kalampags and a/t tranny problems but i think they got this one right. After all, they got sued by BMW for this model. Finally, i agree that most mitsu models suck but my experiences with these 2 vehicles were good. A friend of mine with a Strada is also very pleased with it and that is one of several pickup brands that they own. My biggest pain with mitsu diesels is the smoke belching and its limited power features. But it ends there. I guess it depends on how you maintain it as well. Anyway, just wanted to share my experiences with the mitsu brand. Hope you dont shy away from them. Peace

Anyway, just wanted to share my experiences with the mitsu brand. Hope you dont shy away from them. Peace I dont mind what everyone thinks about Mitsubishi. I get the impression that they are still good cars for the buck. Example, a regular PMS with the Adventure gets 650,000km in the odometer without overhaul, not even a major breakdown. It all he did was with the PMS and see the limits of the vehicle. Regarding the Pajero. Its powered with slow but reliable 4D56 Engine but when you decide to take it to Bosch and install CRDi injectors, say hello to 130 hp and 318nM baby. Plus if you have another money to spare, buy a chip to make it 160hp and 410nM of torque! Now thats better than the Fortuner. The 4M40 2800cc Pajero on the other hand gets enough power to the wheels. A regular PMS makes it perform spotless of reasons to complain. The newer Pajero looks like a Range Rover, its a handsome swiss army knife. Fortuner's ride sucks big time. The New Strada on the other hand is now available in the market. A lot of testimonials from users to magazines in the market and they were very impressed. The 3.2L CRDi engine will be out this mid-July asking for another 50,000 pesos from the 2.5L GLS model. The Outlander is another handsome brute on the block. Its better than Betty La Fea on wheels - the CR-V and the funky Rav4. Its pack with 220 hp muscle in the Normally Aspirated V6 MIVEC engine that produces a tiny gurgle sound at 3000rpm. The 4WD system also makes it better in the market, considering that this is now tried and tested to perform in the Dakar Rally. The Rockford Fostgate 650kw 9 speaker sound system is insane. Get yourself in the middle of the field and dance all through the night. Mitsubishi is really changing! Commited to bring the best quality cars on the market.

Mitsubishi is really changing! Commited to bring the best quality cars on the market. Lets hope so, after that Controversy in Japan. Lets hope Mitsubishi makes a comeback. They can start by getting rid of corrupt employees at their dealership. Had three Mitsubishi A 93 Lancer A 98 GSR Lancer A Black Mitsubishi Ballpen. by the way Todays strada have Power steering problems according to some owners at tsikot.com LEt us see of Mitsubishi dealership will handle and address the problem well. So far none of them had been fix.

You dont get instant delivery since there is no instant noodles in a steering column. and btw, 20% of 100% owners are unsatisfied with the Starex. 80% of them are satisfied. They are the best vans on the market today considering the overpriced Hiace.
