never liked the acid series of metal gear!!!!! the game interface changed!!!!!
i have the games SOCOM fire team bravo (which i finished all the missions), NBA live '06 (still palying with it), Need for speed most wanted (i'm on the 6th level), burnout legends (just starting out)... and waiting for the GT4 for PSP to come out!!!!
Joey, is it easy to modify the PSP's firmware? There's an ISP here that if you subsribe to them, they'll sell the PSP for 6.8K yen (3K php), I'm hesitant since its obviously a jp version, just dunno how easy/difficult will it be to convert it.

@warlock - i don't know if you could upgrade the firmware here!!!!
@jovell - to install videos you have to have a video converter (like video 9 i think! i use a PSPware) it automatically converts and transfers video to your PSP but you have to back up you files 'coz other converter erases you stick first before transfering files!!!!
to browse the net you have toset it up when your router is running!!!!!! what i do is just go to any wifi cafe and browse pang akit chick lang!!!! the problem with the browser is its too slow!!!!!!
just wanted to know how many movies can be uploaded into a 1 gb stick? and is there a place where i can buy a converted movie ( movie not game ) for my psp like the ones sold in Greenhills.
Well, in Greenhills, they download games to your memory stick for P500.
you can also install a movie converter on your pc... i have MPEGABLE X4 live and WinAVI 3GP/MP4/PSP/iPod Video Converter to convert movies into mp4 and other portable format especially for ipod, phones, and PSP...
Help me out here. I've seen three versions with different FWs. They have the Jap, Asian, and US versions. Is it true that, the US versions are the only ones that can read movies? (Is my term correct?) Further, the higher the version, the better?
Nothing beats traveling on weekends.................on a mountainbike that is.
PSP uses mp4 format in playing videos. I'm not sure if 1.5 versions can play videos or not coz I use 2.71 but any versions, be U.S. or asians are the same. Downgrade is another matter in application. Some PSP's can't be downgrade.
At last I have my own PSP Slim, very addictive he he he. I heard some issues that the slim heats up faster during long play time. Well I even tried to play 4 hours straight and that ddn't happen to my unit.
