Thanks y'all This SS bug really gets to you! I finally got her dirty this morning at the trails in Sta. Rosa when I rode with Mat, Pia, Prich, Marcial, and Ivy. Quite a humbling experience, still have a lot to learn, especially pedalling while standing at the same time having to choose a good line. Can't wait for next weekend to try her again at another trail. Whoopi and QT kat, the siSSterhood of single speeders iSS calling you ;D

matt is a purist so you'll have to ask him about that hehe. we do drive up sometimes though unless someone (jm, edmund) is feeling masochistic enough to suggest biking up from aling tina's, or the whole group, geared riders included, decide to bike up. the trails inside are hard enough without the "wall" though! but you may find that you dont really need gears except maybe for the last climb of roxas or coming out of ka vergel. Thanks cherrybomber Glad to know kahit pano I inspired you to ride your singlespeed again. If by dessert hills you're referring to the "apat na palapag" or the long uphills at the start of the ride, I had to stop two times! I was hoping against hope that I would be able to clear it without stopping, especially after I read JM's post on how he did it in record time the very first time he used his singlespeed, di ko pala kaya ;D What a humbling experience! But it was enough of a challenge to make me want to come back and try doing it again without stopping Hey Agu, when you finally schedule the next singlespeed group ride, do drop me and Mat an invite ok?

I love the frame... I just don't know if aireborne is still in business. I can't find their web site. They changed the name to Flyte because they had problems using the Airborne name. In Europe they're sold as Van Nicholas

Hi Michelle June 9! Sounds like a plan! Hopefully a lot of SSers show up. Let's start another thread to list those who can go? Towers 1, 2, 3?
