Quick question... I reviewed this thread and I see that the first color came out greenish. What changes were made then? Isn't the shirt supposed to be black? Also, I thought we're to use the thinner fabric?

Yes Bruce, the jersey should be BLACK and of THINNER fabric, as per last revision by King. The prototype i got was green so i decided to order another one , hoping it would be black. Just like you, i might just sell the new one because it does not make sense having two similar jerseys. Anyone interested for 2XL jersey?

Ed, i guess it is not only KING who deserves an explanation for this oversight. The 25 + riders on the list need to be advised as well. M receiving complaints already pare. To think that i offerred my service to facilitate the collection and distribution of the jerseys. Some might even think i am connected with your shop. NO offense meant Ed but my company and I dont work this way.

Just an unsolicited suggestion, apologies and corrective actions are in order Ed because we paid for a product 'we did not buy' .

Thank you for your honest question Bruce but it gave me the opportunity to voice out the complaints i have been receiving. Initially i tried to be silent about it but i realized i have to protect my name and my office. This is a bad experience for me padre. Agu's batch will be the last one i will be facilitating.

Raul , if you are going to ask me , the wrong jerseys should be recalled and replaced with the correct one. Or better let's return the jerseys and Ed should refund our payment. I'm only speaking for myself and on behalf of those who are not satisfied with the outcome.

Hey Raul, King is not simply not satisfied. He was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and FRUSTRATED. It is understandable because it's his design. Hope Ed Lee is amenable to a fair settlement.

let me explain my side first:
regarding the fabric i proceeded with my standard fabric because no one confirmed with that i use my other fabric only king, which is my mistake. i offered to make another jersey for him with the other fabric but he did not want it anymore.

regarding the color which is not totally black i would be giving 50% discount ( to those who are not contented with my work) on the pissers jersey which i produced that sir nvp picked up at my ofc...i would be contacting nvp to give the refund to each and every one of you before the year ends..

sorry but i won't refund the the jerseys...

third...nvp is not connected with me he is just here to help all us to ease the hassle in picking up the jerseys individually...

....and the 50% discount is a welcome move if a full refund is not possible...this jersey lost its prestige already for being "the jersey that never meant to be"...I may like my jersey and get satisfied with the workmanship...but I'm already imagining using it on trail rides and hear a comment or two that would be something like..."isn't that the jersey that should have been black and made of softer fabric...did you get a refund?...why didn't you claim the 50% discount...etc...etc.."...I'll end up with a jersey only good for the closet ...I'm still excited to see mine though

ed, as i said to you, i had no complaints about the quality, it just wasn't what i expected considerering you said you would try to adjust the color and that you would use the other fabric after we commented on the first sample. i was even more surprised however, after you offered to make me another one having admitted that it was your mistake, that you wanted me to pay for it. that's why i declined. anyway, include me in the 50% refund list. i'll inform the other non-PinoyMTBiker guys who ordered jerseys through me of that option as well.

i'd still like to reiterate that it's still a well made jersey, and if you're happy with the fabric of the current PinoyMTBiker jerseys you sould have no regrets about this one either. i'll probably still wear it (otherwise sayang din yung binayad na 50%). hopefully we can come up with a jersey that we're happier with in the future.

Hey Ed, you are TOTALLY missing the point here. It was King's design and he suggested BLACK and THINNER FABRIC. Everyone who listed their name under King's design expected the jersey to be BLACK and of THINNER fabric. This explains why each of us did not find it necessary to specify whether the fabric should be thinner or not. You really couldnt blame them , who are your CUSTOMERS by the way , for being upset.
