kukai & judex, sorry to hear about your crash on the way back. hope you, guys, get well real soon. likewise to minotaur. btw, it was nice chatting with you. accidents do happen. we just all need to be extra careful & wear the proper protective gear. kukai, haven't seen too many ladies take the trails but i think you're one of the more aggressive riders that i've seen barring gender. pls be a bit careful next time. peeps, it was a pleasure riding with you. had a great & challeging time trying to catch up with you on the climbs.

thank you to all well wishers... sigh! too much love for DH (not to mention the thrill of doing so ~ in full blast). im in a splint as i write my reply (the orthopedic surgeon said, no need to cast my hand). i feel terrible that i'd be unable to bike in a looooooooooong while. but i guess it's hard lesson learned... (now where can i buy trainers?)... so for now, i'll lurk here in the forum and drool over your photos and maybe from time to time wear my bike gear at the comfort of my home... as i end this entry (i feel like crying) take care you guys & gals, you only have one life... anything in excess is bad. i hope to see you all soon... ciao! oh by the way, thank you to Aris for the full faced helmet... at least i still have my teeth intact. i do have to learn to write using my left hand (im a rightie) and the art of taking a bath with one hand... using the dipper...
