any DH trail taht dsnt have an uphill section( cuz ill classify it as XC anyway) , it has to have the following characteristic to please the seasoned rider! 1. the ability of the trail to impale, maim, paralyze, decapitate and hurt you in any event you crash. 2. the characteristics of the terrain must be able to destroy :tires, rims, rear derailleurs, rotors and whole bikes. 3. the ability of a trail to contain jumps, drops, rock gardens, logs, trees, cliffs, singletrack(NO GAY-ASS FIREROADS AS WIDE AS EDSA),switchbacks, cutties, berms, step-ups, chutes, and other obstacles that will make you close your eyes in fear! If u see motorized vehicles even MX bikes goin down or up the trails... its not a DH trail its called an "ACCESS ROAD"! DUHHHHHHHHH................ extendead, rocketboy, evs, psyblade37 ROCK N ROLL!!! ride on children!

for me, a good DH course, is something that will separate the men from the boys.. the rockies so hard that all you have to do is hold on to ur handle bars..
turns that stripped off the kneepads...
steep chutes that you seem to be floating...
sounds like a nightmare....
but set your skills and it is like a wet dreams...
we are currently having a problem with race courses here in RP dh, sometimes we tend to mixed freeride and DH courses.
and the jumps are like that a rider will do a superman type thing..
but there are some courses that is UCIble..( ung papasa sa UCI)
but then again.. as we progress... our time will come to shine in the worlds...
imagine a DHer to be treated like manny pukyao!! nyahahaha
