I heard the titanium can react badly to some kinds of paints and void warranty (for paint only). I'm not sure if it was with anodized stuff or powder coat.
They may also cause car accidents and because of their incredible shininess and bling factor! ;D
Edit: I heard (not sure) that locktite also has a bad reaction with titanium.

not a good idea to make gastos on your hard earned money,,, instead of changing to titanium bolts (does'nt really shed much weight), buy lighter components (thomsons, eastons, etc) ...
weight reduction program for a dh bike....
xtr cranks xtr rd thomson stem and seatpost dura ace chains dura ace cogs (also remove some of the cogs you don't need just like nikolai voulliuos) avid ultimate xtr pedals
others... dami pa but no more money... hehehehe....

it's just bling, replacing all bolts with Ti won't make a significant savings in weight, if you take dump before riding, it will feel lighter than having Ti bolts ;D

sir edwin... just a little tip from experience, even if u replace all ur bolts and parts for the weight saving ekek.. but ur legs does not have enough horse power.... it will still like ur riding sa all steel bike... the efficient bike is.. dandaddan....!!! first check ur gearing combinations... for ur actual horse power out puts of ur legs.. hehehe u cant copy a gearing combinations as u seen in a pros bike.. cause u may not have enough HP for that.. sometimes they change gearing for the different courses and even bikes they use.. 2nd the right tire pressure.. ( u cant run a low psi tire pressure on the road and complain??.. its like there is no ryt tire pressure.. its a trial n error thing.. ir ur riding ur dh bike on the road with DH "specific" pressure it wont work.. or having a tire pressure is a dress tailored for the event..uh ryt PSI for the ryt trail.... 3rd there goes the weight shaving program... u know it all... the best weight shaving ekek is develop ur leg power... no need to buy EXPENSIVE stuff...

coilerblue... ti-springs are cool! will shed some minimal weight.... may i add also: 1. choosing the right kind of tires in your riding environment... for example: i changed to NEVEGAL Stick-E 2.5's for dh ride coz Kujo 2.35 retired already... Good in DH tracks and everything your give on it, but when you hit the road.... it's hell! very sticky, hard to pedal, sweats a lot! ayaw n! XC n lang ako going to cartimar... - got the idea? 2. Drive train - Train right! using micro mini on Dh races or Dh, can give you an extra push! but, you have to train your legs to pedal with Karga on the inside... not hollowtech legs... Why? since micro mini and shortcage are smaller component than the usual ones, it will also need a shorter chain, also gears are smaller the the usual MTB cogs so it's a bit heavier to pedal, but pedalling can be improved by training right! 3. Trail and DH Bike - RIDE the PATIIS Trail! WHY? no need for you to change much of your heavy components - GRAVITY will bring you scorching fast down the trails, no need to Pedal in patiis!!! But Wait There's More!!! Patiis Trail can unleash your speed Demons!!! and also in reference to #2, can help improve your legs due to the long walk going up to the radar.... 2-in-1 deal!

I totally agree with Monsieur Extendead. If you don't have the legs for it, then go park it!
Or better yet, sell that heavy rig and go get something so light that a mild breeze tips it over.
But to quote a couple of lines from the film, "The Thirteenth Warrior",
"I cannot lift it..."
"Grow stronger!"

KONA stab too burly/heavy, when you ride street urban, this is built for Dh trails.
Socom light dh, looks good on the streets of metro.
