;D ive been using this ea70 monkey bar for years, hi and the mid rise, for dh
its light and stiff and used in dh racing. and it's EASTON! (fanatic)
it's stock 685 mm and thats 27" for you
want it longer so, i used half inch aluminum bar end cap to make it 28.
the wider the better.
tha available 711 mm (28 incher) easton
is the monkey lite DH around P5k petot
it's expensive and it's carbon hehehehe
But now they have new model 28 incher handle bar the EASTON HAVOC.
around 2k petot at cartimar leveriza velocity.
I could have bought the truvativ holzfeller 711 mm.
cheaper P1500 petot but its oversize 31.8 mmm, meaning i have to buy the oversize stem.
or the FUNN full on but cannot find a mid rise,
EASTON HAVOC comes in over size 31.8 and standard diameter both in 711mm.
I bought the mid rise, love the feel of it, ever since,
and the rise is perfect when i will upgrade to an 8 inch fork.

685mm mid rise (backup lowrise ea70) suits better for me rather using 711mm - 'malikot' cant maneuver well & control much......thats my personal opinion.......this is how i noticed @ my last race (majj) .......nice v10 i have now coz its fitz like gloves....... ;D evs

In cornering Dh race, berm busting, a wider handle bar is better, more control
master Jong's reply above was last May pa.
He is now using easton monkeybar carbon DH, 711 mm, believe.
For sale? Pm me, what's the rise?
>or Keep it as is, and buy new 27 incher handle bar, maybe one day you will hit dh trails. you"ll never know.
Mountain bike Advisory No. 2, 453, p. 666 chapter 66 verse 6
"Sawn off handle bar depreciates when sold".
