allegra-actually there are lots of DH tracks in UPLB, as of now we have 3 new dh trails near the animal husbandry- the rockies, the quicky and smoothy, local riders of UPLB knows where to find thwsw tracks aside from the old ones in mudspring

Thanks! I think I know where they are , I used to live near there I think Arto the Flying Finn discovered those tracks long time ago? But I'm just kidding about doing DH I dont have the nerve |

Dang it...my right forefinger digit is busted (thanks Bismarck and company heheh) two weeks and its still hurting. Cant write with it even Thought it was a sprain lang but I might have to have it xrayed. But I ll be there...with my bike you guys roll that rock garden , I ll lift weights there ...my body weight + my 45 pounder bike :0 heheh |

Congratulations to all who joined the event!!!
It was my 1st race ever... I must admit, "I got Rocked!!!" hehehe... I enjoyed the race very much.. and eventhough my right arm has a cast now, It won't stop me from riding the next race if I am able already..
Congratz din sa mga nagorganize for making the event a success, especially to bismark, for being accomodating to us when we first got there...
Some suggestions though, since its a race against time, it would have been much better if the interval of the riders when starting was a little longer... most of the time kasi, the next rider would catch up with the rider ahead of him (because of the numerous pebbles ;D ), and since most of the track is "single track", he can't overtake the rider ahead of him, thus slowing his time. I know that due to the numerous riders who joined, it is not advisable for one rider to finish his run first before letting the next rider start. This will take us forever to finish the event. It would be best if there was a certain place in the course for the rider to reach first before letting the next rider to start (like after the last rock garden) so that it would be consistent. Another thing po, I didn't noticed any ambulance in the place. Most probably, there are 1st aid kits available, but the riders would feel more secure if they see an ambulance on standby... ;D

we requested for an ambulance to appear and the local gov't approved. But sadly, it didn't show up. maybe next time we'll ask for other ngo's n lang.. thanks for the concern as it is also our deepest concern 2. thanks to all who joined! see u next time!
