Yakult still doesn't want to endorse my idea of a 1.5 liter foil top drink!!! Hahahaha. I really wish they had that. ;D

super ice-cold pop cola or rc cola on breaks during rides. i used to take ion and gatorade... but now for me, nothing can beat ice-cold rush (blue - during rides & orange - after rides). and theres en-snow-blue (if available) curahee!

ahaha.... soft drinks also tend to dehydrate you more... good for sugar rush for maximum energy output..... but if you're doing the long rides.... ummm try alternating with the rehydration preps too a.k.a oresol/hydrite/glycolyte to balance it out... otherwise... we might be picking you up at the side of the road ;D

i presume you're referring to sta rosas' buko stop hehe
it works just fine as a rehydration fluid... not much sugar for energy boost though ;D

Softdrink's effect to me is just almost like with redbull. It provides a good burst of energy but for only a short period of time. After which I feel drained and one time I even almost bonked. Since then I never used any energy drink, just plain water or sometimes during long rides when I feel like theres a stinge of pain in my muscles I mix it with hydrite which is always ready in my pocket. With this not-so-secret weapon I have always avoided crumps, and I never realy had one.
