di ako oy! i don't own a gore-tex jacket! i don't believe you need one here in pinas! heheheheh.... it's a hovering story at trek shop in quirino.... I have them! and even wears them if I go hit the outhouse whenever I climbed here. Sa pinas, a locally tailored dry-quik tshirts would do just fine and trek pants ok na. Going back to the topic.... I believe! . There's no harm on trying Marcs, my Nanay's recurring allergy was cured this way, she was brought when she was just a child, the chant stuck on her head that even if she jokes around with the kids she blurts out this chants hehehe. But if it demands human sacrifice, you can talk to Max about this. huuuuy butch, I still have 2 of your PinoyMTBiker jerseys! sayang, special delivery to Yokohama but I got sick Just tell me when you want to ge it. Is Basti still in the forum? that's the other jersey that's still with me.

I rarely get a massage , and only if some part of me really hurts An old woman who massages tourists in hot spring spas here told me , "I was punong puno ng lamig" and I shouldnt stand in front of the fan when I'm sweaty hehe OTOH, if you like giving massages like I do , you'll notice a part of the muscle cracking ( lumalagutok ) when your doing deep tissue massage. Once you massage the area, nawawala That's what they call lamig , but unlike pasma , theres an english translation , I forgot what it is

(my invention). pasma, on the other hand (OTOH), might be spasm? taken from the definition here and thereHow's you, Marco? back 100%?
