pls give some tips on how to be fat? malakas namn ako kumain & I take vitamins everyday... but its not effective. pls help Hmmm...you have one of the few good gene...you are lucky. What is the reason why you want to get fat? If you skinny and healthy, you should be glad. Lots of people envy you. Percentage of people want to gain weight are minimal compare to the other way around. When you get older you will gain weight and unavoidable. So enjoy now, eat and exercise a lot. I was once in that situation ;D. I recommend to gain muscle rather than body fat.

now you're loosening-up men....that's the PinoyMTBiker spirit ;D and BTW the order should had been.....allegra baby, kuya tolits and tito arci ride na lang tayo......nyahaha Tenks for the tip! Ride na lang tayo. THat's my NY's resolution. Bike more. Write less. (not the other way around) And to avoid being Off-Topic (OT), here's something to think about... Gaining weight (or losing it), like many things, takes time, takes effort, requires knowledge and discipline. It's not something you can buy from the drugstore and pop it into your mouth, is it?

WOW brad, you have a very nice NY resolution. Keep it up! Sama akong lima re: your heads-up on gaining/losing weight, yup it's something that we work hard for and needs time and dedication. Do you know that as in cycling, it imitates life ;D It's something you put time on, it's something you work hard for, where you endure pain to finally enjoy the result. Will hope to ride with you soon brad., I can't believe there are so many PinoyMTBiker from Binondo (sir mondy, cyborg, etc.) are you also from binondo?. I grew up kasi in Binondo Good luck to the NY resolution

Is this true? I bragged kasi I finished one boxful of krispy kreme per day for the past 3 days (total 36 doughnuts). Does this mean I am ready to join NVP's Birthday ride from MNL-StaRosa-Tags and back and still have plenty of leftover calories to burn?

pls give some tips on how to be fat? malakas namn ako kumain & I take vitamins everyday... but its not effective. pls help dude, to tell you honestly im underweight when im still a teen ager. im really slim..... my height then was 5' 7" and im only between 120 & 125lbs. i started to grow when i lifted weights (work out) when i was in college and of course with supplements i gained 10lbs after taking weight gainer and whey protein. now im 160lbs at 5' 8" and i want to slim down again to at least 150 to 155lbs...... (that's why i also keep myself updated in the thread " Paano Pumayat") lesson learned: dont get fat if in the future u plan to slim down... it will just cause you stretch marks..... good thing i dont have that YET........ **follow xfire's advice: always eat at fast food like burgers and stuff....... or watch the movie Super Size Me

Idol rocky..It could be true. just like a can of coke is take 60 minute of trademill to drain it back. So the 36 doughnuts..you will do 4 times of ride from MNL -StaRosa -tags. ;D ;D. The Krespy kreme near my area is out of bussiness after 1 year .

I grew up kasi in Binondo Good luck to the NY resolution I used to live a stone throw away from Sir Mondy. We go along way back 20 years. Why I still remember the time when we went out with these 2 chicks. I was driving and I can't see what Mondy was doing at the back because they were trying to be real quiet and all, but I can still hear some giggling. I was concentrating on the road, then suddenly I felt that something was undoing my fly... then.... -------------------------(SNIPPED!!!!!) -------------------------- Off-topic! Anyway, just to share a lesson from experience. Sometimes! sometimes... Biking is safer than driving, I tell you. ;D Ahem... we're still off-topic here.
