consume more protein. but it's better and healthier to gain muscle mass not fat. choose low fat protein sources like non-fat milk, low-fat yogurt, chicken breast, soy products, nuts

consume more protein. but it's better and healthier to gain muscle mass not fat. choose low fat protein sources like non-fat milk, low-fat yogurt, chicken breast, soy products, nuts If Your intention is to recomend more protein besides his carbohydrate intake, you're right. Protein diet with very low carb intake are for certain people with diabetic problems or people who don't do rigorous sports or not having enough sex.
As far as I know, Humberjet is an athletic guy. Being thin would do him more harm than good when he goes low carb diet.
For an ectomorph, being that you are, you may not gain much muscle mass but doing more anaerobic exercise (i.e. Weight training) will help you gain more muscle weight. Mountain biking robs you of those calories that supposed to help you gain but your fine as far as being healthy.
All food intake should be in moderation being fat or thin.
Eat brown rice instead of white. eat red or white meat in moderation. Legumes should be added to your diet. Stay away from Processed food, condiments and beers.
alternate the activity of biking and sex every other day. Don't do it at the same day.

ay sus!!! kala ko gusto maging mataba e. Go to the gym and limit your cardio vascular activity. Do heavy sets of weights in the gym. eat high protein food with low carbs. Ilan ba ang gusto mo ma dagdag na pounds mo? ano ang gusto mo madagdagan na measurements (Wag po sana mag reply ng kabastusan please), is the problem your waist, chest, legs or arms. Optimum Nutrition's whey protein is great suppliment to start with and then add creatine for you to have more strength if you will limit your carb intake.

The culprit is biking sir humberjet. As you mentioned, you eat a lot plus vitamins. Obvoiusly, if you're a member of this forum, you bike a lot as well. Bottomline sir, stop biking. Tingnan mo tataba ka rin. ;D

seriously speaking, i still will not classify humberjet to be on the thin side. i believe that he just had some errors in semantics sa posting na ito using "pano tumaba" instead of using how to gain body mass (or body muscles, if you wish) to make his athletic build more defined. galvinchie brad., your suggestion is just like asking humberjet to commit hara-kiri invest some time in the gym, consult trainers on workouts that you need to do to add up some muscles here and there. improve on your eating habits/nutrition to support your workout and the build-up of muscles, but still go "natural" brad. add-up on some saddle time brad, miss you on the SC rides. in no time brad i'll just might be seeing you on those sleeveless tight fitting jerseys, with all those muscles to show. good luck!!!!

yup the topic might be related on how to gain body mass.. should I change the topic to "how to gain body mass"?... naisip ko lng there's another topic sez "Panu pumayat" so I create "Panu tumaba".. since payat din namn ako... not in my entire life na tumaba kce ako or nag gain ng "Body Mass"...
so for the benefit of other, post lng po ng Idea on how to gain Body Fat..este Body Mass. ang gulo ko.

Seriously. With all the know-how you've manage to input in this thread, who can actually make Humberjet bulk up in a healthy manner?
In my knowledge, you have to assess the physical condition of the person and evaluate his lifestyle before you could coach him in training "the proper way". dehins pwede pagalingan ng payo. Some workout techniques works perfectly for others, some may find harder doing so. Evaluate first, that is the proper approach.
