maybe marathon runners haven't discovered nipple tape yet? ;D yeah, i read the article in MH. it's a 12 week program and i only have three left. anyway, i'll just try to run longer for endurance. it's raining today so i guess we'll be doing anaerobic stuff. I love running in the rain! Subukan nyo Kaso the next morning , your shoe will smell like something died inside

Wash with detergent. Let dry in the scorching sun for 4 hours. Spray with lysol to kill any leftover germs.
The 30-second burst may benefit the experienced, for the rest of us, use 5 minute intervals instead.

am doing this for about 3 months now, my climbing skills improve, i used to stop 4x along the way leading home, but now, i only stop once, and those stopover are gaining an extra distance each day...
