pero pano naman kaya kung medyo innately payat? 120-125lbs na 5'6 (5'7 na siguro). mukhang payat talaga. medyo wala sa proportion ang extremeties eh. pero malakas naman kumain. (sino kaya ito hehe) iniisip ko possibility kaya ang diabetes? Don't worry..you will gain weight when you get older. You should appreciate that you don't gain that much. As guys mentioned it depend on body and with your gene. Do weight lifting help to increase your body mass. When I was 25 years old, 1'm 135 lbs (5'9"). When got married gain 15 lbs and stay there for the last 13 years. If I could only lost another 5 lbs, I'm happy. If your only a woman thats a perfect weight .

take mad doc's advice. need to focus first on recovering.
just take ur multi-vitamins everyday.
eat more healthy food.
