after having cough and colds* on some trail rides, i decided to take some vitamins right now my girlfriend gave me CECON and i think vitamin C lang ito at dehins multivitamins, 500 ang dosage nya and twice ako kung umnom sa isang araw. so far ok naman at mabilis akong gumaling.
Now im thinking of multivitamins like those in commercials, im eyeing on pharmaton kasi bike ang commercial nya hehehehe
now the qustion is, kailngan ko pa ba magconsult sa doctors? or ok na mag suggest na lang kayo?
ano ba talaga benefits?

I dont think you would need a prescription to buy vitamins, cguro mas better though kung ung personal physician mo mag rerecommend (if you have one) kasi mas kabisado nya ung medicals mo.

I take GNC Mega Men vitamins. They are a bit price pero jampacked with vitamins. I feel great naman rarely felt down or winded . Piece of advise if you will take this make sure you drink a lot of water or else your urine will turn dark yellow to green ;D

here's to you markB...and to GS!
apparently this is very popular b/c while waiting at the counter kanina sa Mercury, may mga 55-60 anos na mama sa tabi ko.
when i asked the clerk yung presyo ng bote of the GS na 375mg, the old guy mumbled something like "1,300..) i thought he was reading his receipt...
tapos sumagot yung cahera, "1,300+ sir.." pag tingin ko sa bote, nakasulat..."for rheumatic disorders"
;D ;D ;D

Allegra brad, I guess nde babawas wieght mo dyan sa fat burner, more of ung taba mo ginagawng muscle so nde ka papayat, the mass still stays, pero yeah tataas ung metabolismo mo.

Fat Burning Tips!
1. Don't take any fat burner supplement, it will lose your weight but will loose also your muscle mass. It's pure commercial and has no real good effect. It might backfire to your heart.
2. If you want to burn fat fast, increase liquid intake before you eat. OK lang mapadami ng kain basta nguyain mabuti.
3. If you can't avoid beef or mneat, just make sure thatt is very soft, and eat KAMOTE or Banana after you eat meat/beef so that cholesterol & fat content will be washed by the fibers of Kamote/Banana. Orange is also good, vit C eliminates the sticking of cholesterol in our arterial walls.
4. Do not over exercise, para wag bumagsak ang muscle, remember when building muscle it moves fat away.

Gang, would you be interested in imported vitamin & mineral supplements?
I have a friend who imports the Kirkland & Centrum brands from the US. For example yung Kirkland multivitamin bottle with 500 capsules costs P950 or less than P2 per capsule. Will get the rest of the prices from him.
Syempre imputed na yung local land shipment costs ;D ;D ;D

here's a piece of advice for those who don't already know -take a daily multivitamin like centrum or kirkland's daily multi (personally i like the health food and herb products brand vitamin... cheap at P225 for 30 caps) -fat burners are ok. ephedra (or ma huang) is something to watch out for ESPECIALLY if you've got heart problems (this is already banned in the states) now modern ephedra free based fat burners are mostly caffeine and synephrine (ephedras not so dangerous cousin) based. you DO NOT lose muscle mass but you won't gain muscle either... to gain muscle you need anaerobic excercises (like lifting weights) and proper protein nutrition. cycling is a great cardiovascuar workout but in reality its a "toning" exercise. endurance sports make affected muscles SMALLER not bigger for better efficiency. (think about it, when was the last time you saw a runner with thunder thighs?) -if you want to take extra vitamin c do not take mega doses (more than 1000mg at a time) vitamin b & c are water soluble vitamins (so you'll literally piss away hard earned cash). glucosamine was first developed for people with arthritis BUT athletes have a good use for it too since athletes (of any sport other than chess ) put way too much stress on their joints compared to sedentary individuals (them non-cycling folk ;D) glucosamine acts as "joint grease" and is usually paired with chondroitin sulfate for joint cartilage care. a good number to hit is about 500mg/day for glucosamine and about 400mg/day for chondroitin for us younger guys. just a few things thought you guys might wanna know. peace!

Sounds like I really need this , I was literally dragging my right leg last sunday on our way to the train platform because of my painful right knee. That kilometers of nasty steep descent on our way from the climb and cold rain was the culprit . Lucky for me most of the stations are equipped with either elevator or escalator

i take the cheapest multi vits available, enervon max ata yun @ less than 200 bucks for 30 tablets + 1000mg vit c ,i take 'em before going to be bed otherwise tama yung sinabi nila, you'll just piss it off.best daw to take vitamins is during night time before sleeping para ma-absorb ng body all the nutrients etc.
once in a while when i'm a bit exhausted i take korgivit e,my wife knows whats next when she sees me taking it.never fails to put a big smile on her face.hehehe
BTW,nothing beats eating the best nutrient filled foods available. Malunggay is definitely one of the best sources, it's Pacman Pacquiao's siklet! ;D
