i personally have not tried those forks but i'm leaning towards Fox for the serviceability. i am not sure if RS has a service center here that's why i opted for fox

"best" is a tricky word it means different things to different people then ask yourself if you even NEED the "best" but don't worry too much about servicing. lower leg service (not opening up the damper) is incredibly easy to do. if you could install a new fork then you could definitely DIY it.

brand choice is relative as well as the word best. if you refer to athletes, they'd go for their sponsor. why wouldn't schurter use fox, dvo, etc? because he's sponsored by SRAM - simple as that.
in the end, you'll be the one to set your requirements. personally, i'd go for RS since spares and kits can be easily purchased locally and this brand consistently releases tech docs. availability and after sales support is among the top of my requirements when purchasing stuff.
