Ang pagtotono lalo ng derailleurs is both science and art.

Videos and manuals will only get you somewhere... experiment on your bike, make mistakes, even break (that’s part of it), and learn
While I haven’t broken any ‘yet’ here are a few things you need to consider: - measure repeatedly before cutting (hoses and cables) - do not contaminate pads and rotors - never scratch stanchions - ensure tight bolts but never over tighten
The toughest part is determining where sounds and creaks come from.
As for me the order of learning has been: - tuning rd/fd including inner/outer cable replacement/installation - hydraulic hose trimming and bleeding - bike assembly from scratch - general maintenance (strip, inspect clean, replace needed parts) - wheel building from scratch (ie spoke lacing) - fork lower maintenance
TODO: - dropper post rebuild (reverb) - fork rebuild (pike)

The Park Tool channel in YouTube is the best place to learn. Actually, pwede kang maghanap-hanap lang sa YouTube. HTH!
