mabigat pa rin 15.7 lbs. Sram Force fr and rr derailleur, pc 1090 hollowpin chain, brake calipers, shifters, Shimano Dura Ace cassette (12-27)--I know I'm a wimp, I'll swap these with the 12-25 on my Cannondale Six13, and the bling of the whole bike, Stronglight Pulsion ceramic coated chainrings with titanium axle. Deda Newton bar and stem with Deda tape.

You should do the other way around, probably 10 lbs additional weight is enough to keep us ride you side by side .

parang pareho chainring natin ah.. ;D Yours is the Titan's big brad, Pulsion Same prob din with UCI limit... This is 15lbs also. We need to shave more weight. Change the brake calipers siguro to Zero Grav's & a lighter saddle. Siguradong below UCI limit yan. More pics!!!!! That's a beautiful frame brad... RARE!!!

Nice crankset, parehong French made...I think I'm leaving it the way it is. I love the saddle Fizik Aliante carbon with carbon rails(a lot of padding, specially when we do our century rides) and the Sram Force brake calipers have awesome stopping powers. I'm just going to try and wear out the tires and replace them with the new Continental GP4000 (chili version). Para sa akin magaan na yung bike at dehins ko kimompromise yung lightness with light but unreliable parts. I don't know, yung Cannondale Six13 ko weighs 16.2 lbs. but I feel like it accelerates faster than the Calfee. Btw, you have a really nice rig yourself.

Sorry Ped but I'd pick the lovely Six13 over this one. It will probably be my next bike but at the moment I just have to live with the CAAD8.

@ rt, yeah the Six13 is a great bike. The way it is, I don't see anything that I'd need to upgrade, maybe the tires. At the moment it's not getting much love, hehe.

I probably won't be able to give a definitive answer to your question right now. I'm still breaking in the Sram gruppo and I'm still learning to shift...hehe. But what I've noticed so far is that my hands are more comfortable with the Sram Force shifters, the shifter hoods are oh so perfect. Shifting wise, I really can't tell right now--they're both crisp and precise, but like I said I'm still breaking in the Sram. Aesthetically, in my opinion, it looks sexier than Dura Ace.

Pedro, is that a mustang in the background? Sorry for the OT. Yeah PA, my very first car. I got it when I turned 16. It's a 1966 Ford Mustang V8 Coupe. Not in the greatest shape anymore, but it's a project of my Dad and I. We'll bring it back to it's old glory.

Up to this day, she regrets selling it. Sayang, I would have had a lot of fun with that car. Make sure you hold on to yours! Post pictures when you're done with the restoration.
