Iba parin ang meron kayon pananggala sa mukha, para iwas pollution. Kasi instead na health ang maexperience. Baka sakit pa. Kasi sa mga daan, daming lumang sasakyan parin. Mga mau usok. At iwas narin sa heat or sunburn sa face.

Takip sa mukha gamit ko pag mainit araw para di mangitim. Secondary na lang ang pollution. Pag may filter kasi mahirap huminga kaya mas preferred ko open pag di mainit.
It's just me btw.

Unsolicited advice, pag nasa trail na kayo (at wala ng pollution), tanggalin niyo na yung takip sa mukha/ilong. Sayang naman kasi yung fresh air.  |

kapag naman cloth mask, grabe mag-absorb ng pawis.
kayo, anong strategies nyo?

kapag surgical mask gamit for riding, after some time nata-trap na yung pawis sa loob ng mask, hehe! kapag naman cloth mask, grabe mag-absorb ng pawis. kayo, anong strategies nyo? anything na 5mm or below the nostril, sureball yan ang hirap huminga kapag nabasa. whether surgical mask or cloth mask, tried them both. for me, respirator talaga, yung may frame. you can check the 3M respirator yung may filter. tapos silicon ang "frame" niya. keeps the filter far from the nose, bulky nga lang tingan. trapped pa rin ang pawis sa loob, pero a whole lot better than normal masks. kailangan lang lagyan ng filter yung exhaust valve for extra protection for those around you. |

surgical mask is useless for filtering air
respirator na N95 level lets a lot of @#$% in. dahil 95% lang
FFP3 level respirator has better filtration but more difficult to breathe through
for errands i sometimes use ebike and wear my welding respirator w/ 3M 2091 filters. 99.97% filtration efficiency. not recommended for riding acoustic bikes unless you wanna simulate high altitude training LOL
