get an EP (extreme pressure) wheel bearing grease. these things have EP additives that reduce wear. but DON'T get something w/ molybdenum disulphide (e.g. black CV joint grease) take note lithium is just a THICKENER i.e. oil + thickener = grease i use shell retinax HD. has EP additives and lithium/calcium thickener so it's more sticky than plain lithium greases

this is what i've been using: top1oil.com/portfolio/hi-temp-synthetic-grease/ but yea any high temp bearing grease should be fine. i'm not really a fan of bike specific stuff at a certain extent as it's just marketing really. 1 can will last you years specially if just got 1 bike. those cheapo beige greases sold in bike shops or hardware are rubbish - won't really last.

My go to bike shop uses this one as well so ginaya ko na lang din sila. But I don't really mind using whatever is available.
