short answer is no.
1) 9 and 10 speed chains are narrower than 7 speed, so you'll need to replace the chain. 2) 10 speed shimano RD's, with a little tweaking, is close to SRAM's 1:1 cable pull ratio. which is a headache to tweak for a shimano's 2:1 cable pull ratio 3) assuming you could get away with #1 and #2, there's the FD, you'll have a wide FD cage trying to shift a narrow chain.

nyak, ha ha ha.
actually may thread dati about 8 and 9 speed mixing guide, pero dehins ko alam kung nandito ba or nasa .org (which is wala na). anything outside those 2 speeds eh dehins magandang hinahalo.
there is an argument though na kesyo susunod naman daw ang RD sa movement ng shifter. although true to an extent, dehins naman smooth ang pagkaka shift. in the end, yeah, premature wear and tear, nag aksaya lang pera.

SRAM RD with a SRAM shifter Shimano RD with a Shimano shifter

scumbads, magpapalit ka ng shifter and RD exactly into what? kung 8 speed pa rin naman okey lang, pero tulad ng sabi ng simplej0ys, kung stay with the same manufacturer. if your going 9 speed, may tweak na kailangan. never mix 10 speed with any, kahit sabihing "pwede yan"

ok mga sir salamat, how about sa spokes sir same size ng wheel set, pwede ko ba gamitin yung galing sa 36 holes na spokes going down to 32 holes? or i need ko pa magpalit ng spokes?

spoke length primarily depends on the hub flange and rim height. although it will also depend on your lacing pattern, although typical ang 3-cross pattern.
and...being not a wheel guy myself, i let the mechs handle it, ang masasabi ko ay....depende sa nilista ko sa nauna kong sentence, he he.
