so that you can use full length seatposts - apparently big s is walking away from interupted seat tube designs

the frame's bottom tube looks like the old "GT pro freestyle tour" frames back in the late 80's - early 90's. its nice!!

I personally don't like the new designs! It doesn't look sexy anymore.
Plus, the proprietary front shock! What were they thinking...I can't change it to a Fox Fork? I think their getting greedy... they want it all to themselves.

i agree. call it bike owner's pride, but i really don't like the new design. you can't differentiate it from the other FSR designs anymore. not too sure about the proprietary shocks either. and look! proprietary dropouts and wheelset i like the FD mount that moves with the rear triangle but at 23.4 grams (sans pedals)... who would complain? a 29er version of the stumpy is in the works too

Well to me I think does not really make a big diff although again they done some minor improvements as always.
This day and age things really change very fast.... Even the XT with will be sold here in Aug already. So far im eyeing on the crankset for my S-works looks cool....
