yeah that would be good idea, but observing the past release, there's been a huge difference in price, even the shimano can compete with sram's pricing which is other way around stateside. Even here in JP where the XTRs are made... it'll be 3~4 times. you could make a nice profit smuggling XTR into Japan... I meant importing ;D I should bring back parts to the US. OT: it is locally available thru imported car dealers.saw one @ libis.im sure its very expensive here.you'll be surprised what (cars)we got here escalades,h2's,name it,its already here My last visit back I noticed few Ford Expeditions and Explorers, just not any Elements, one H2, and a volvo and vw. yea I'm told the imports have a very high tax. is it close to 100%?

hmmm that would be great bo, since there's lots of US dedicated forwarders in Ph which charges cheap on freight cost. Maybe a shipment can be arrange by delivering 2 groupsets, but I'm sure this wont come with its boxes anymore. you could make a nice profit smuggling XTR into Japan... I meant importing ;D I should bring back parts to the US. Let's make a thread about the Element on the Lounge, we kinda muddled the XTR thread already...sori I started it hehehe
