As in BLACK sidewalls unlike the more common ones sporting stainless sidewalls like Mavic221. I think i saw one all-black WTB V-brake rim but i dunno the exact model.
baka alam nyo. Or you might know of other models or stores which carry 'em. Patulong naman o

I think the reason for not having(i guess )all black v brake rims is that after a while of usage, the part of the rims where the brake pad touches fades off(the paint that is) exposing the aluminum itself. i had a friend who used V's on his ceramic mavic rims and it did erase the paint(or the finish) a bit after a couple of rides.

I agree, the brake pads normally wear off the sidewalls and expose the aluminum underneath even if the walls are ceramic coated. If you stick to V-brakes, the color of the rim (aluminum) will always show even if it's coated black. Unsolicited advice (he he he): switch to disks then repaint the rim.

tofi, yung rims ni doods yun diba? you have to use special pads (ceramic-rim specific) for ceramic rims. if you use the regular kind, matatanggal talaga yung coating. with the right pads, ceramic rims last longer then regular ones. i guess eventually matatanggal rin siya, but it will last longer.
