Skewers are titanium? Is this right Ayen? No sir, Ti Skewers are for TANK LIGHTS hubs only. ah... did I asked it right? ok let me rephrase my question on clarifying Ed's statement: Does the Tank Lights Hub only come with the Titanium Skewer and the Tank Sup-lite Skewers are not Titanium?

Isn't "Tank" the well scorned brand because its not durable? I don't think so sir, as far as i know it is the "AM@#@#@n CL@#@#C" These hubs are durable enough to handle AM and light for XC use.

Skewers are titanium? Is this right Ayen? for tank lights sir, yes skewers are titanium. Thanks. Ok having said that and you also posted that Tank sup-lite is lighter than Tank lights (as confirmed that Lights have Ti skewer), it also means that if the sup-lite's skewer will be changed to Ti skewers it will even be more lighter? Does my question make sense?

I'm pretty sure its not American Classic bertongputik because Tank is spelled with a T-A-N-K In fairness to the hub and the dealer, I haven't heard of Tank hub as being faulty but the Tank brand in general. This maybe different or the same brand. "Tank" built bikes are said to not last atleast a month well their trials bikes atleast according to owners. They break at the frame, or at the components hence a reputation of being scorned. They are the lowend "mall bikes" of the trials community for years. Thats why I said what I said and did not say that the hubs are faulty. Now in case they are a different brand well then good (atleast we don't know they suck in the first place) if not .... I believe the best way to say that these hubs are indeed 8/10 is not just by the way it rolls or looks but after using it for quite a while. Off the bat they indeed look good and I bet like every single hub there is it rolls good at first. Do you have a link of the website for these hubs? good morning sir patrick , i have not heard or read such a comment on any reviews..but if daring you try the set is a way to refute it, then i i'd ask you to .... for now , we are confident/can guarantee: tank hubs can compete with the leading mtb brands. ayen here smiling ..... winks winking////

The cheapest frame i saw that Tank cycle made is 7500.00. which is for XC(not the high end frame). I saw their high end XC(year 2003) frame and it cost 13k at(forgot the name of the shop but located in Davao and i remember shes a sister of jane, kings Bikeshop). Probably they are not the same Manufacturer as what sir patrick said. This bike was assembled by my riding buddy last 2003.

After seeing that frame (+logo) I think its not the same brand. Kinda crappy if your brand is the same as another with a bad reputation.

I just got a pair of TANK SupLites from Ayen and I can say the machining and finish quality are really good. And the crisp clicking sound of the freewheel is something else. Its nowhere like clickety sound of Shimano hubs. More like the subdued sound of the I9 hub I saw at BTC.

before judging the book by it's cover let consider this first. ReputationRollingResistance.co.uk is selling Tank products and the picture of the frame below is with allegiance with Easton. since this brand is not common to us, users of this hubs would help us through their experience with the product. we'll wait ;D ;D
