Just installed my new fork from Magura so called Durin 80 weight 1450 Grams Travel 80mm Set up 4.5 bar for weight 88 kg Last friday I had the first off road ride with it it is the perfect fork for xc I was able to use the full 80mm of it as you can see on the picture Fork has a remote for locking but negative sag is always available, which gives you the extra grip up hill My rating perfect !!!!!! img219.imageshack.us/img219/7387/dscf0128xv3.jpg[/img]

any reason why magura designed their forks with 2 arcs? does it make the lowers a lot more stiff?

i've had the wotan... the DAD probably does help the fork track better (the fork is laterally stiff but not more so than the Z1 RC2 20mm TA that i have) but for a QR fork it probably does help quite a bit. also, if you are running magura's hydro canti's, the mounts for them are at the back of the fork and the arch in the back will help to keep the fork stiff...

I've seen Ralph's Magura Durin fork...the looks and performance...love it!
