I'm using one on one of my bikes, much better than the cheaper SR XCP/XCR that I used before, since it's seems to be built for street/DJ...well, kinda.
but holds up pretty well for it's price.

How much is this fork? Does the rebound and preload adjustment work well?

RST'S are good fork, they have the same technology as hi-ends forks, before it was endorsed by MBAction and Mr. RC. But now it seems that they are not endorsing it anymore, market value goes down with degrading psychological effect courtesy of that magazine.

it depends on the model. they make some pretty crappy low end forks. i've been using an rst aerosa aet for nearly 4 years without any trouble. it's 3 1/2lbs and only cost me P5k back then so it's kind of hard to replace or "upgrade" without spending at least twice that amount.

If many of you don't trust RST check out their new website rstmtb.com, they now have a 24 hour turnaround time for warranties in the US, sana dito din hehe thanks for the site Patrick. them new RST forks look great. do you know when those will be available in our LBS?

sir ewik
RST launch has no rebound control so it has a topout only preload control....

Yes, I have seen the launch fork courtesy of Roosevelt bikeshop, But as i read the fork manual it stated that the fork is not intended for stunt, ramp jumping or any similar etc.....it breaks my heart!!! it really looks good"pogi nga" the sanchion tube bronze color, looks like 2006 motion control series of Rockshox, and Manitou....Mozo Soul forks...

cem24,
where did you get your fork modified? i already bought a launch, tried to install it with my bike. the bike's standover & geometry sucked so i have to remove the fork and install the old one to retain my geom's
