ok, now this thread gave me a second thought on getting the Marz EXR. Do you think XCR is good enough to replace the EXR? If not, then i'll go EXR, but if yes, then i'll go XCR and it has a better price.

Me and my bike are on a diet. Am saving up some dough for one SR SUNTOUR AXON air shocks which are Php 7,500 @cycle art are are very very very light. Does any one use this fork? Please post your experiences said fork.

So far suntour forks are quite good value for money, Im currently using a xcp dj all black with 5" of travel..there ok but tend to bottom on big drops, there also very plush.....low maintainance...some body told me that marzocchi licensed suntour to manufacture some forks for them..especially the mx model..check out the brochure..FYI HAPPY RIDING

XCP!!! ultimate budget fork!! Very true, i used to have XCP DJ but decided to swap it with XCR because of the Vbrake boss. They look almost exactly the same but to my dissapointment they are very different when it comes to performance

what's the difference in performance? good or bad?
i recently bought a suntour xcr to replace my old suntour xcp fork..
i am pleased with the performance so far.... haven't tried any other brand yet but this is plushier and has more travel... absorbs the bumps better than that of the older xcp...
the preload adjustment works but i have to dial it to the extreme settings (all the way to + or all the way to -) to feel enough difference...
overall it is truly the fork for peeps with budget constraints like me...

Its the thud man, when you pull your bike to do a hop theres a thud that you will feel and hear. plus the sag is bigger compared to XCP

so wich is better? xcr or xcp dj? is the xcr plushier than the xcp dj? coz my xcp dj is really really plush!! (well at least for me it is...) i wanted to get an xcr sana, but if the xcr is plushier than the xcp then i might change my mind. =)

i think XCP DJ is better, if you think XCPDJ is plush, you may not want to get the XCR.
Your next choice would be the low end Manitous

XC, trail, light free ride, it'll do what ever you want and more. aluminuum steerer tube and crown with magnesium lowers. i'll show you mine (4") pag nagkita tayo. best bang for your buck IMO.

Kaya lang for me that's already a big sum... too big to invest w/o knowing other people's experiences... so far I've had to spend my dough on other expenses... mainly broadband internet acess at my place of residence... how's meridian vs eastern DSL vs PLDT dsl?... pero this really belongs to another thread... sorry.
