i'm using a Ti (kuno?) flatbar which i got (for free) from my riding buddy, ronaldarca, no issues with it whatsoever. it fits my riding personality very well, that of which is more on application than bling

i'm presently using eastons on my 2 bikes HT - easton ea50 low rise, 25.4mm AM - easton ea70 hi rise, 31.8mm i'm fine using these aluminum alloy h-bars but i would like to try race face next sl carbon h-bars - perhaps 1 year from now ;D ;D ;D (it's too expensive) and i've read that race face next sl's are one of today's best carbon h-bars ;D

me, im dirt cheap so i use a straight handle bar by spyros on one of my XC rigs, an amoeba scud carbon straight bar on my FS XC, an amoeba riser bar on my trail bike, and an FSA next carbon tech on my all mountain rig (courtesy of kaloi. thanks for the good deals brad). all sizes are 25.4 so i can be as light as i can. besides, i can hardly feel my handlebars twitching anyways, hehehe. ;D. so far im pretty happy with the raceface next carbon hbar. good thing kaloi gave it at a good price or else, i could've gotten myself those da bomb handlebars which weighs twice as much as the raceface im using. its light at 167grams and 26 inches long. i think syntace makes longer handle bars and is freaking light at 200 grams made of alloy. a good friend was giving me a good deal on it but i had no particular use during such time. now that i have an all mountain rig, hmmm.....maybe i should try that syntace. you know what they say, longer is better. ;D a good, cheap stem for these cheap handlebars would be the attack racing stem. CNC'd to perfection, 4mm 4-bolt face, 5mm 2 bolt steerer tube clamp, its solid, sexy and has a glossy finish and as heavy as a regular turbolite at lesser cost. unfortunately here in the philippines it only comes into sizes: 110 and 80mm. im using the 80mm on my AM bike and trail bike. works great. ***edited*** (from FSA to race face ;D)
