My abs are starting show, I got it from biking (whattt? ) yes biking! You can develop it from biketrials (quite slow, but some motions are like crunches on vertical), and a bit of situps like 20 every other day/two/three days if I'm lucky. Plus eating a lower (not low) carb diet and eating almost right. I guess if I skip the softdrinks it'll be better hehehe

don't get me wrong but i do believe everyone can have the '6 pack' it's just a case of clean healthy living and the amount of exercise you are investing in.. *myths-situps will eat away the beer belly *a gazillion of situps is needed to have a 6 pack, sit ups only firms and tones the muscle group but does not lessen the fat above it... A better way is to rephrase the sentence into: Everyone has abdominal muscles. Some are hardgainers so it may take a long while for the muscle to respond. Some don't have the persistence so they quit after working out after a year thinking there are no results. Sometimes the results are there, but can't see the 6 pack because it's hidden under too much fat. Abs muscles are core muscle group that provides strength in many sports. If you are into pilates, yoga and taichi, then you immediately know the difference because you'll be able to perform certain moves once you developed those core muscles. using a heart rate monitor is a good way to start and healthy eating as in no fried foods.. less carbs in the evenings... we need carbs to fuel the muscles, limit or burn the calories Using a heart rate monitor (and the clock) provides a scientific (systematic) way of cardiovascular training. Without cardiovascular fitness, one can develop strength but lack the stamina needed to sustain epic rides or join 12-hour races. If your going to give advice on abs Let's see 'em muna Post pics muna...slurp Isteb, can we... you know... see your... you know... abs? Can I touch it?

We got a wee bit off topic here... but anyway. Whether or not it helps you get laid, it is good to be fit. Being fit may not get you laid all by yourself, but it doesn't hurt. Just don't be a mirror-obsessed narcissist and do not sit there for hours talking to a woman about your deltoids and your obliques. She won't like it, and she'll probably think you're gay. She'll probably be right . something about mirror obssesed gym rats clicked in my mind anyone think that going to the gym might help people w/ very low self esteem? hopefully turn them into narcissists? All that posing infront of themirror should make you fsall in love w/ yourself Dr Allegra Behavioral Scientist

If your going to give advice on abs Let's see 'em muna Post pics muna...slurp This was from a year ago. I've gained weight since then due to my wife's pregnancy and having our firstborn (ate more and added driver/yaya to the resume so missed workouts). I've lost some of the weight again and gained more muscle mass. I will post an updated version when I have the chance. Working out just to get abs is pretty lame. It's a great by-product of being fit which should be the main objective.

Hydroxycut will help on the flabby skin how effective and safe is it w/out the ephedra? Unfortunately, Thermogenics won't help with the excess skin after weight loss. Those are just aids to boost metabolism and increase heart rate. Ephedra was banned a few years ago due to related deaths. (Sedentary person + Starbucks Venti + Ephedrine + treadmill = cardiac arrest) The non-ephedrine versions still has some kick in it since it's still mainly Guarana (concentrated caffeine) but isn't as potent anymore. Riding the extra miles is still way better.

I think for the abs to relly show, you need to eliminate that fat. Discipline is the key. Even if you're not fat and not exerciese or workout that abs, it will not show.
