panget ang rotor ng mob kase madali syang mag warp. pero okey yung kinkabitan ng brake pad. sabi nila naninikit daw ang mob kapag nag i init. so far di pa nangyayari sa akin
try mo na lang maghanap ng shimano

avid the best ;D kaya lang wala ako noon sa paulinas cartimar 6+ yup, avid the best...di lang makapit, kundi mas madali i-adjust at i-service yung pads. got mine for 5+ last year, at ganun pa rin ata yung presyo sa powerbikes and extreme

get Avid CPS! meron available sa cycle art 8" rotors (FR/DH use) priced @ 5,600 (check to be sure). you won't go wrong with these babies.
yo bike head, velo city (pasay) sells 1 wheel only Avid CPS dbrakes for 4,200 (again, check prices). I don't know the exact reason why they do it but riders who opt for these are mostly urban and FR oriented.
my MOB works ok but only because I know how to service it. fade-prone nga pala sa steeps (that pinugay ride) so that's 2 reasons for you to stay away from them kasi may budget ka naman
4 riders i know using shimano sub deore mech dbrakes suffered broken springs and stopping power is probably not at par w/ Avid CPS
yung sukli mo bumili ka kay paulina's ng:
1.jagwire teflon coated shifter cables rear and front, 200.00 2.MOB shifter cable housing w/ teflon, 55.00/meter (puede kahit half meter ex. 1 1/2 meters lang) 3.MOB aluminum cable ends, 12.50 each, determine how many you'll need 4.MOB teflon coated brake cables, 1 piece good for rear and front brakes, 150.00 5.MOB brake cable housing with teflon, 45.00 6. cable plastic tube
if you need to know how dramatic it will affect your braking and shifting, use shimano standard M system cabling for a couple of months then make the switch. i endured almost 2 years using the M system cables and changed them a few days ago, ang laki ng tulong sa dbrakes and shifting
