Your tocino will surely heal fast... but pay extra attention and care to your knees next time. Similar accident that happened to me last December grounded me for biking farther than baywalk from Sta. Ana since then. Always ride safe and careful!

NO PAIN NO GAIN! i believe in this statement. anyway i like your PBB shirt, I hope kuya will not catch and interrogate you at the confession room on why you soiled the shirt on national tv. hehehe! ;D
heal up brad and hope that you dont go halimaw! hehehe!

bah you dont need few weeks to recover ... you were able to get home pedaling after you sustained the injuries right? I rode with a fractured foot, with sprained ankles (both of em), with bloody knees, with pitpit fingers (got caught under handlebar on a crash) ... I don't think you need to wear shin guards commuting unless you commute like Keiya (Pawee) and PasawayL hehehe ... just don't underestimate wet pavement.

What I am sayin is that your body will recover quicker if you don't "baby" it. It will recover at leisurely pace if you are resting all the time but will recover quicker if you are in constant action - the body is that smart.

its been a week since the crush and i still feel some aches in my left knee. i miss biking. days are passing by fast and its only 17 days till the inter-PinoyMTBiker race. i have to practice for the race. yesterday while i was wandering about the race and my predicament, someone dropped by at the station. guess who she is. if she had been mtbiking. she would surely be one of the hottest mtb babes ever. enjoy the view guys! she helped me forget the pain for a while! God is good!
