There's one direct way: take Magsaysay ave out of town, turn right at the flyover at the bottom of the hill, go straight for 110km and hang a left at Dantay. First 2/3 is cement, lots of curves and drivers are sometimes fast, not always bike friendly. Last 3rd is unpaved but not too rough, road from Dantay to Sagada is a fair bit of climb.
If you want to take your time and miss the cement and the traffic, you can take the Ambuklao rd, go via Kabayan, and meet the main Baguio-Bontoc rd at Abatan, turn left and carry on to Dantay.
There's also a back route on the west side, but that's more eatsrocksnmud territory, PM him for details.

It takes me 5 1/2 hrs to drive it. A strong rider can finish it in one full day.
