Can someone give me the exact route of the Ayala Alabang loop? I am familiar with Ayala Alabang, but want to know the route(s) -- I believe there are several? I know one route is 12km (Madrigal, left at Country Club, Left Acacia (going to St James Church), then... ??)
There was also another route, yes?
Thanks!

... then continue down to the st. james church and follow road (road will turn left) till you hit country club drive again (this where the loop does an 8 figure) and turn left going up towards acacia but this time upon reaching acacia turn right headed back to the main gate, turn right on road after university ave (not sure of name of road) and then 1st left. Basically you want to get back to madrigal ave and the start of the loop.

Thanks!
I thought kasi that after ... St James -> left at country club drive -> right at acacia ...
... I thought you go straight all the way Acacia and take a right at Commerce (the street right outside Ayala Alabang), then hit Madrigal gate again...
instead, it's ... -> left at country club drive -> right at Acacia -> right at ... well, puede rin Maria Cristina (which is not the road right after University -- I think it's Dao), then left (going towards the Madrigal gate)...
Okay, thanks!
Cheers!
P.S. I heard there's also a 22km route or something?

Hey, thanks a lot, grnhrnt (what happened to all the vowels in your screen name? heheh)...
I used to live in Alabang (my parents and unmarried siblings still do), so I'm familiar with the village (just not the routes). Now I only go on Sundays (to bring the grandchildren). Heheh.
Thanks again!

a couple of days back, joseph rang me up to prod me to bike that afternoon, since cesar had this nutty idea of ridin' in the rain inside the village! comin' from makati, i had to rush home, change and had my rig ready. since the dudes' office was a stone throw away from the acacia gate, i agreed to meet them (joseph, cesar & albert) inside the madrigal gate. after majayjay, this was our second time to bike in the rain, and boy, was it fun, fun, fun! from madrigal, we turned right to maria cristina, rode it up to the zobel campus (hail to thee our alma mater!), then turned right at university drive up to acacia. from acacia, we rode until turning right at the country club drive. we rode until we were back at madrigal. we then turned right towards the housing and exited at the housing gate, where we found ourselves at gran tran trail at westgate. oh boy, sabak has a branch next to it already! thanks to don for accomodating our inquires and questions, despite the group drippin' wet! hehehe! the whole loop was a short 12km ride, but it was pure fun! hehehehe! a short anecdote durin' the ride: albert: my sweat sure does taste salty tonight! cesar: mine doesn't..... joseph: that might be the spray comin' off the front tires of your bike! ice: you might be tastin' sh*t, dude! all: eeeeeewwwww!!!!! hahahahaha!!!! bottom line is, when the bike bugs bite, they will surely bite! just like rabis, it'll make you do crazy stuff! happy & safe ridin' to all! curahee!

Follow the road along St James Church until Country Club Drive. Turn right, go straight. Turn right again at Madrigal Avenue after the uphill. Follow Madrigal until Luzon Drive where you have to turn right, Take a left at Mindanao Drive and you will find the exit going to Alabang Town Center. I hope this will help you. Thanks!
