i use google earth to compare route distances. use ruler click path then click kilometers then start maping route. i dont have bicycle computer. i comute with bike daily exept when going out with esmi. need to build MTB sidecar ;D

i can't use google earth on pc cause i'm on linux..... google earth supports micorsuck windows and mac systems only......too bad..... pero cool sya ha..... para kang lumilipad....

The beta version (4) of google earth now has support for linux . Kaya lang it's not as smooth as the windoze/mac versions. But maybe it just my drivers... ciao

very helpful indeed... If you have GPS, just input all the data in the GPS and your gadgets will help you to locate the place...

Yeah google earth is god send. esp now that it has HIGH RES. PICTURES of the ENTIRE metro!!!!. sorry fo the all caps. Great way to measure and plan trips and commutes!!!!!
