Me? I do it in reverse nowadays. I now bring the car twice a week and that's only because of this erratic weather pa. Once I'm in the office, take a bath, siyempre, via tabo system. I really envy the rest who have at least a water heater. Here? ANG LAMIIIIIG!!!!!!!!

Hi guys, I'm new to this thread and I also have the same sentiments as well. But when I think of my health (napabayaan kasi ako sa kusina ;D) it always keeps me going everday. Siguro its easy for me since my house is less than 10 kilometers from my office but at least i save on fare and do something healthier pa. One advice also could be to pedal slower and enjoy the scenery or take different routes coz with these you'd be able to save some sweat and enjoy the ride.

At long last! I am now able to pedal my way to work. I was able to bike commute this tues till yesterday. It has an instant impact on my health (since im hypertensive). My pressure dropped to normal and I lost 10 lbs. instantly. I wish I can keep this up like this. P.S. I dont have showers at the office nor cabinets to keep my things. I tow them along for the 12 Kms. ride to work. Happy Biking!
