If they haven't moved,
Canon Service Center should be located at Marvin Plaza Bldg 2153 Don Chino Roces Ave, Pasong Tamo (Shell gasoline station?) 8126047. It cost something like P1200. Will take 3 days, give or take a month or 2! ;D
Actually cleaning should be part of the maintenance budget. Done everytime you expose your gear to harsh conditions (going to the beach or dusty areas, shooting in the rain, snow or humid areas).
Good luck!

The official service center of Nikon is Columbia Global Photo Sales Corp... I think.
The service, based on history and feedback, is the exact reason why I stayed with Canon, despite that Nikon system is a joy to use.
You can also ask around Nikon photographers (ask Jerry Tieng of Ph-Photo) if he can refer somebody knowledgeable in cleaning the system.
DON'T... just give your system to a service center (even if they're the official, original, authentic one) based on faith. Ask for feedbacks. No need to add horror stories. There are enough to go by as it is.
and one more thing...
NEVER, EVER, lend your favorite gears! I learned the hard way. A very good friend of mine (who doesn't know anything about photography) borrowed my AE-1 and brought some chicks to the beach and imagined himself to be a National Geographic Photog and started shooting...
it's a long story, and not a very nice ending. My very good friend is still a friend, but the camera is gone.

hey thanks guys for the info!!!!! gadgets88: yes never lend a camera to others!!!! i had the same experience... i was swimming with my kids at a beach when a friend said he would borrow the camera and take pictures, maybe he wanted to take a closer shot so he waded in the water and a big wave washed him up and the digital camera he borrowed from me!!!!!!

That's what I call "instant cleaning". Wash your camera in 2 seconds flat. Swooosh!!!
